We spent 2 nights in there and would definitely come back. Location was brilliant and marvellous, right by the park and various attractions as well as Piccadilly circus. Bed of our apartment was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was good.

The location is absolutely fabulous, right in the heart of everything, I felt like a queen living next to Buckingham Palace.
Who needs hot water anyway? Showering with cold water is such a refreshing experience, especially in the freezing London weather.

the location was perfect - safe, walkable area with lots to see and do. the room was comfortable and clean, with high-quality bedding and a nice shower. we loved the convenience of having a small kitchenette and amenities in the shower. overall, a great experience at Chapter - Mayfair Suites.
Stairs were difficult with heavy bags.

The lack of clear signage and buzzer information upon arrival can be confusing and cause initial panic for guests.

The location was fantastic, being right in the heart of the city near a popular park and station. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Additionally, the staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service.
There were a few drawbacks. Secondly, the security was concerning, as the key code system for the doors seemed unsafe, especially for solo travelers.

The room at this hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a modern and stylish design. It was also conveniently located near the tube, making it easy to explore the city. The best thing about the location was its proximity to all the major attractions, making it perfect for a short stay in the city. the amenities in the shower were a nice touch and the availability of instant coffee and tea with a hot water kettle was a great addition.
To this hotel. the room was on the top floor with no elevator, making it quite a challenge to carry our bags up the stairs.

the chapter - mayfair suites in london exceeded my expectations during this weekend trip. the location was perfect for sightseeing and shopping, with everything within walking distance. the staff was friendly, and they allowed us to store our luggage before and after check-in. the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a lovely shower.
